Segregated infrastructure, and your own database
Every client runs on its own segregated infrastructure and its own database — not a shared environment with your data partitioned inside it. Your records do not sit alongside another operator's, which is the question most people are actually asking when they ask about multi-tenancy.
Multi-factor authentication as standard
MFA is standard rather than an upgrade, and passkeys are supported for anyone who would rather not deal with codes.
Attributable sign-offs
Approvals and verifications are held against the person who made them. That is a compliance requirement before it is a security one, and it is why the record stands up years later.
