Tickets, medicals and inductions sit beside plant records and servicing, because a site asks about the pairing rather than either half.

No charge to your clients

Questions about pricing

Is there a contract or a minimum commitment?
The monthly plan runs month to month and you can cancel at any time, keeping access until the end of the billing period you have paid for. An annual plan runs for twelve months from its start date.
Can we change plans as the team grows?
Yes. You can move up or down from your account settings. If you upgrade part way through a billing period you are charged the difference for the remainder of it.
What happens if we go over the worker or equipment limit?
You move to the next plan up. Your records are not affected by the change.
Are the prices GST inclusive?
Yes. Every price shown includes GST, and there are no setup fees on top of the plan price.
What is actually different between the plans?
Capacity and the support channel. Every plan carries every feature, so a smaller operation is not missing parts of the product. What you are paying for is the number of workers and equipment records you hold, the SMS allowance, and whether support is chat or phone.
Do you charge our clients to see our compliance?
No. A mine site does not pay to receive your records, and you do not pay to be visible to one. The plan above is the whole cost of running GO! Site Ready.
