To make workforce and equipment compliance easier, and business better.
Deliberately unglamorous. Compliance is not the reason anyone got into mining, so our job is to take as much of it off your desk as we can and make the part that stays there defensible.

Experience, not a sales script
Around twenty years in and around mining, including seven running the central compliance system at a global Tier 1 operation. It was put up against the market twice in that time and stayed in place on both occasions.

Why it exists
It started with two people at opposite ends of the same problem.
Carl and Terry have been mates for fourteen years, with around thirty between them in mining and construction — one from operations, one from technology.
What Carl saw
Contracting companies meeting strict, site-specific requirements with spreadsheets and one person who held it all in their head. Gate knockbacks. Audit scrambles. Good workers stood down over a document nobody noticed had expired.
What Terry saw
The same years spent building enterprise software, including inside a mining company, watching an industry outgrow its own systems and keep going anyway.
What came of it
Two products rather than one, because the mine and the contracting company experience compliance completely differently. Every feature since has come from a real problem somebody actually had.

Co-founder
Twenty years building enterprise software, including inside a gold miner. He has been building GO! Site Ready since 2019.
