Brisbane-based founders, Carl Snowling and Terry Cullen understood that there was no feasible software across the Mining and Construction Industries that was comprehensive enough to connect contractors, companies and work sites through one affordable technology.

Carl, a seasoned project manager, partnered with his former roommate Terry to bring the PIAGO technology to life. Both individuals boast extensive industry expertise enriched with a local perspective, comprehending the intricate challenges prevalent in the Mining and Construction Industries. These challenges range from maintaining updated worker records and facilitating inductions to ensuring compliance checks and managing booking systems effectively.
Similarly, the founders of PIAGO recognised the paramount importance of safeguarding critical HR documents, including medical records and contact information, by enabling secure online storage and seamless accessibility only to authorised personnel, thereby mitigating the risk of breaches.
Despite advancements in technology enhancing workforce efficiency and fostering a better work-life balance in other sectors, the Mining and Construction Industries have persistently trailed behind. In response, PIAGO emerged as a transformative force, bridging the gap between compliance, confidence, and opportunity, while significantly reducing the margin for human error.
