What you will see

Step by step.

  1. Start on the dashboard

Once everyone is loaded in, this is your home screen. What is current, due in the next 30 or 90 days, or already expired, across your people, equipment and companies.

  2. Every worker, with their skills and certificates

Each person has a record of every ticket, licence, medical and induction they hold, with its expiry date and the certificate attached. Anything lapsed shows straight away.

  3. Every piece of equipment, the same way

Machines carry their own records: registrations, services and inspections, each with an expiry and a certificate. This truck's registration has run out.

  4. Alerts before anything expires

Alerts go out automatically, well before a skill or certificate runs out, to whoever has to book the renewal.

  5. Roles have required skills

A role is a job, like Diesel Fitter, with the skills it requires. Pick one and everyone is measured against it: Anthony holds all four, Chris holds one.

  6. Worksites have required skills too

Each client site adds its own: core requirements for everyone, plus skills for particular roles. Equipment too, like a box trailer's registration.

  7. Compliant for that role, at that site

Put the two together and every requirement is ticked or crossed. Anthony holds everything a Diesel Fitter needs, but at Bluebeard Opencut he is 7 of 9: no site induction, no LV rescue cert.

  8. Then put them on the job

People who are clear go onto the schedule, every shift coloured by site. Send them their roster by email straight from the scheduler, or they can log in and see their own shifts on their phone.

  9. Reports, ready when a client asks

Run a report on who holds which skills, who is missing what, or whether a site's requirements are met, and it comes out as a spreadsheet you can send. Or schedule it to arrive every week.

Seen enough? See it on your own clients and sites.

Bring what your worst client asks for and we will run your own people and plant through it on the call.
