Australian owned · Built for mining
Compliance made easier. On both sides of the gate.
Workforce and equipment compliance software for Australian mining. Whichever side you are on, the record you keep is the record the other side needs.

Trusted across Australian mining for over a decade
Two products
Which side of the gate are you on?
Contractor compliance has two parties, and they experience it completely differently. Each product is built for one of them.
Why PIAGO
The gaps we were built to close.
Australian mining had compliance software. What it did not have was one company covering the equipment as well as the people, both sides of the gate rather than one, and an owner you could get on the phone.
Which product fits your operation?Equipment, not just people
Plant compliance usually sits in a different system from workforce compliance, or in none at all. Registrations, servicing and inspections belong in the same register as tickets and medicals, because a site asks about the pairing.
Both sides of the gate
Software is built for the operator or for the contracting company, so the same evidence gets re-keyed, re-sent and re-checked at each end. We build both halves, which is why there are two products and one company.
An Australian you can actually talk to
You speak to Carl, who built it, from Brisbane. Not a ticket queue in another timezone, and not an account manager who has never been on a mine site.
Written to Australian mining law
Queensland coal sits under its own Act, with its own duty holders and its own reporting categories. Software written to a generic safety template gets those wrong in exactly the situations that matter.
Manage compliance your way
The compliance core stays fixed, because that is the part that has to hold up. What gets configured is everything around it, so the system fits the operation rather than the other way round.
Records that outlive the job
Prosecutions land years after the incident they concern. Whatever holds your evidence has to still hold it then, attributable to the person who signed it.
Need something that isn’t here yet?
Then we build it. Most vendors log the request and leave you to work around it. We would rather engineer the answer properly — which is why clients stay, and why what we build for one site ends up in the core for everyone.
Common to both products
The same foundations under both.
The two products solve different halves of the same problem, but they are built by the same people to the same standard.
Secure by default
MFA and secure signatures as standard. Your own database and segregated infrastructure, held in Australia.
Set up your way
Requirements set per site and per project, not one process forced on all of them.
Nothing to install
Cloud-based. The same record on an office laptop and a phone at the gate.

About PIAGO
An Australian team, and the person who runs it takes the call.
PIAGO is Australian owned and operated, out of Brisbane. The registered name is Project is a GO! — which is where PIAGO comes from. We have been building software for mining and construction for over thirty years, and enterprise mining clients have run their compliance on our platforms for over a decade.
Carl takes the first call himself. He will walk through your operation, tell you what the platform does and what it does not, and if PIAGO is not the right fit he will say so on the call rather than three months into an implementation.
To make workforce and equipment compliance easier, and business better.

Customer story

140+ workers
across 50+ mine sites
No more 5:30am gate calls.
Frontline Equipment Maintenance ran their whole compliance picture out of Excel. It worked until the master list stopped keeping up with the number of sites, and the first anyone knew of a problem was a phone call at the gate.
Moving it into GO! Site Ready put every ticket, medical and service in one place, checked against what each client site actually asks for.

“Over the last three to four years with GO! Site Ready, we haven't had a single gate issue that was our fault.”

Writing for the people who carry the compliance.
Thirty years of working on this problem, written down. What auditors keep finding, what the recent law changes mean in practice, and what works on site. Free to read, whether you ever buy anything or not.
And underneath the writing, the reference layer: plain-English guides to the law, the tickets and the software — sourced, dated, and written for people who have to act on them.
