Sitepass is well built and INX knows the resources sector, so if your honest description of the problem is getting a mixed workforce onboarded and inducted, it will do that. A mine's problem has moved past onboarding. What an operator now has to answer is whether the person performing a critical control was verified for it, and whether the plant they used was fit — with dates, on demand, years later.
