Assigning People or Equipment to Worksites

Discover the simplicity of managing your Assets with our latest feature, enabling you to link People or Equipment directly to Worksites via the Worksite ‘People’ or ‘Equipment’ tabs. This powerful enhancement simplifies compliance tracking by informing the system exactly which Assets need to be compliant for each Worksite.

Effortlessly manage your compliance needs with clear visibility and control. By linking Assets directly to specific Worksites, you ensure that every project runs smoothly and efficiently. Easily view which Assets are associated with each Worksite, reducing compliance gaps and improving overall project management.

Worksite Compliance Checking

With your People assigned to Worksites, you can now access a detailed view of Worksite Compliance directly via the Worksite > Compliance tab. This feature provides a comprehensive look at compliance requirements, ensuring that all personnel meet necessary standards.

Effortlessly view the full compliance details of each person by clicking the expander beside their name. This detailed view includes specific compliance requirements for their roles, such as a Site Induction for everyone and a Medical Response Skill for Emergency Response workers.

This enhancement simplifies compliance management, giving you a clear and organised view of each person’s status. Training Report Filters for Accurate Tracking

We’ve made significant improvements to our Training Reports to give you more control and flexibility. You can now include or exclude Archived or Quarantined Training records, ensuring that your reports are tailored to your specific needs.

In any workplace, many people are better known by their nicknames than their official names. Recognising this, we’ve made it easier for you to find team members by allowing searches using their ‘Preferred Name’ (nickname) in the ‘All People’ or ‘Our People’ search screens.

Think of the convenience when you need to quickly locate “Jake” instead of searching for “Jacob” or “Maddie” instead of “Madeline.” This update ensures that you can easily find and connect with your colleagues, no matter how they are commonly addressed.
