But we didn’t stop there. You also have the flexibility to assign these skills to a specific role or leave them unassigned, applying the requirement to all personnel. Adding skills to your compliance records just became more efficient with our new save options. Now, when you add a Skill, you have the choice to ‘Save and View,’ which not only saves the record but also immediately opens the skill detail page. This allows you to upload training evidence right away, streamlining your workflow and ensuring all necessary documentation is promptly added.

Alternatively, if you’re in a hurry or need to move on to another task, the ‘Save’ button allows you to simply save the record and close the dialog box. This flexibility gives you control over how you manage and update skills, making your compliance management journey more seamless and efficient. Whether you’re adding a new skill for a person or equipment, these options ensure that your records are accurate and up-to-date with minimal effort.
