GSR v2.3: Seamless Project Operations

Optimising Reporting and Compliance Tracking for Seamless Project Operations

At PIAGO, we are dedicated to advancing contractor management and project onboarding solutions tailored for the mining and construction industries. Our latest strides in enhancing reporting capabilities within GO! Site Ready exemplify our commitment to streamlining operations and maximising compliance efficiency. Imagine effortlessly navigating through compliance data with a simple click, directly accessing detailed records and ensuring every team member meets worksite requirements seamlessly.

Our newest updates introduce hyperlinked text in reports, enabling immediate access to pertinent information within the system. This means no more cumbersome searches or multiple screens, just instant insights that enhance decision-making and workflow efficiency.

Join us as we explore these groundbreaking enhancements, designed to simplify worksite compliance tracking and enhance Training Needs Analysis (TNA) flexibility, ensuring your projects run smoothly and safely.

Elevating Reporting for Streamlined Access

Imagine the ease of navigating through your compliance data with just a click. Our latest updates to the reporting features are designed to make this a reality. Now, when you generate reports with Asset data, you’ll find hyperlinked text that takes you directly to the relevant records in the system.

Picture this: you’re reviewing a compliance report and notice a particular worker’s status. With a simple click on their name, you’re instantly taken to their profile, where you can view all the necessary details and updates.

This seamless integration transforms how you interact with your data, making it more intuitive and efficient. No more sifting through multiple screens or searching for records, everything you need is just a click away. While normal login access for GO! Site Ready is still required, this enhanced navigation ensures that your experience is both secure and incredibly user-friendly.

Simplifying Worksite Compliance Tracking

Managing worksite compliance is now more straightforward than ever with our new ‘Compliance’ tab on each person’s profile. Imagine having the ability to quickly verify if an individual meets the necessary requirements for a specific worksite, all from one central location. With this new feature, you can select a worksite within the ‘Compliance’ tab and instantly see which skills the person possesses or lacks for that particular site.

But that’s not all. From the Worksite configuration screen, you can now click on the Compliance bar for any of the People listed. The system will then show you the compliance results for that specific worksite and person, providing you with a comprehensive view of their qualifications and any gaps that need addressing.

This enhancement empowers you to ensure that every team member is fully qualified for their assigned worksites, reducing the risk of non-compliance and enhancing overall safety and efficiency. No more guesswork just clear, actionable information at your fingertips, making compliance management a seamless part of your daily operations.

Skill Equivalents (EQVs) Enhance Training Needs Analysis Flexibility

Imagine the convenience of having your team’s diverse qualifications seamlessly recognised within your compliance system. With our new Skill Equivalents feature, this is now possible. We understand that different qualifications can meet the same requirements, and our platform now allows you to configure these equivalents, simplifying your Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

Picture this: you require a C Class driver’s license for a specific role. Instead of restricting it to just that, you can now set a ‘heavy vehicle’ or ‘motorbike’ license as acceptable alternatives. This means you can fully utilise the varied skills within your workforce without unnecessary redundancy. To implement this, simply navigate to Administration > Skills, and open the skill you’d like to designate an equivalent for. With this feature, you can ensure all relevant qualifications are acknowledged, making your compliance management more efficient and inclusive.

Moreover, TNA reports now offer the option to include these Skill Equivalents (EQVs), providing a comprehensive view of your team’s capabilities. If someone has only met a TNA requirement through an EQV, this will be clearly indicated in the TNA report, ensuring full transparency and understanding of each team member’s qualifications.
