Admins now have the capability to send SMS messages directly from GO! Site Ready. This feature simplifies communication by allowing Admins to click the ‘SMS’ phone icon in the sidebar, select recipients’ phone numbers from a dropdown or enter them manually, compose the message, and send it with a single click.

This enhancement improves real-time communication with team members and stakeholders, fostering clearer and more direct interactions.

Introduction of New Competency Level “Training”

In response to evolving training needs, GO! Site Ready has introduced a new competency level: “Training.” This addition allows you to further catergorise and manage skills, ensuring your teams’ qualificaitons are always up-to-date and aligned with job roles or project requirements.

With the “Training” competency level, administrators can easily assign and track training qualifications on personnel profiles, simplifying workforce management and enhancing team readiness. Improvements in Asset Roles (formerly Asset Classes)

Now known as Asset Roles, this update provides greater flexibility in categorising assets according to their specific roles within the organisation.

Admins will find it easier to classify and manage assets, improving efficiency in asset management tasks and ensuring clarity in asset-related workflows.
