We are excited to introduce a new feature in GO! Site Ready that enhances the interactivity and accessibility of training records. The Training Records chart numbers are now clickable, allowing you to view detailed information with just a click. This enhancement streamlines your ability to access specific training data, making it easier to manage and review the training status of your workforce.

Imagine being able to quickly navigate from a high-level overview to the specific details you need, all within the same interface. This update not only saves time but also improves the accuracy and efficiency of your training management processes. By making the Training Records chart numbers interactive, we’ve simplified the way you can track and assess the training progress and compliance of your team members.

Simplified Skill Management and Expirations

We recognise the critical role that accurate training records play in maintaining compliance and operational efficiency. To further streamline your processes, admins can now change the default expiry period of a skill at the Library/Configuration level and apply the new period to all existing skill assignments. This enhancement eliminates the need for manual updates of each record, ensuring that your entire workforce’s skills are consistently aligned with the latest standards.

Imagine the convenience of knowing that your team’s training records are always current, and effortlessly maintained through a single configuration change. Stay Ahead with Company Contact Management and Training Expiry Alerts

Enhancing your ability to manage Company records and stay ahead of training requirements, you can now record a primary email address for each Company, enabling seamless communication and efficient management of Training Expiry Alerts. This streamlined process ensures that all your important contacts are up-to-date and easily accessible. Once you have configured the company email addresses, you can schedule Company Training Expiry Alerts via the Alerts panel and set the Asset Type fo ‘Company’.

Imagine the ease of having automated reminders sent directly to the primary contact of each Company. This feature not only helps maintain compliance but also strengthens your communication strategy, ensuring that critical training updates are never missed. By integrating these alerts, you can proactively manage training requirements and keep your projects running smoothly.

Optimised Equipment Management with New Search Filters

New enhancements to the Equipment search functionality now include ‘Assignment Filter’ and ‘Job Status Filter,’ designed to streamline your equipment management processes. These filters allow you to quickly locate equipment that is not currently assigned to anyone and not already booked on a job. This update eliminates the hassle of manually sorting through equipment records, providing you with a clear and immediate understanding of available resources.

These filters enhance your ability to manage and allocate equipment more effectively, keeping your operations running smoothly and on schedule.
