Ability to Define Contract Holders for Employer Companies

Managing your employer companies is now easier with the new capability to define Contract Holders.

Key Features:
  • Define Contract Holders: You can now assign Contract Holders to specific Employers, ensuring clear accountability and streamlined contract management.
  • Easy Navigation: To define Contract Holders, simply navigate to Components > Contract Holders.

Defining Contract Holders for Employer Companies is crucial for maintaining clear oversight and responsibility within your organisation. This feature ensures that there is always a designated person accountable for each contract, which simplifies the management process and reduces the risk of miscommunication or oversight. Ability to Define Responsible Person on Onboarding Workflow

Enhancing the onboarding process, Workers can now be required to select a ‘Responsible Person’ during their Workflow.

  • Mandatory Responsible Person: Workers are now required to select a ‘Responsible Person’ as part of their onboarding Workflow, ensuring clear oversight.
  • Enabling the Feature: To enable this component of a Workflow, navigate to ‘Workflow Wizard Setup’ and check the ‘Responsible Person’ option.
  • Single Selection: Workers will only be able to select one Responsible Person for their Workflow, ensuring clear accountability.
  • Limited Selection: The selection will be limited to individuals responsible for any of the TNA Groups the Worker belongs to, such as Departments or Classifications.

This feature ensures that each Worker has a designated point of contact who is directly responsible for their Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and overall onboarding experience. Enhancing the ‘Workflow Profiles’ screen, we’ve introduced new filter options to improve user experience and efficiency.

  • Enhanced Workflow Profiles Screen: New filter options have been added to the ‘Workflow Profiles’ screen for better management of responsibilities.
  • Filter by Responsibility: A checkbox is now available to view only the profiles for which you are responsible or for which you are the contract holder, providing a more focused and relevant view.
  • Quick Access to Training Profiles: A ‘Trainings’ button has been added to allow quick access to view the training profile of the resulting profiles, streamlining the process of checking training statuses and requirements.

By allowing users to filter profiles based on their responsibilities as a supervisor or contract holder, it becomes easier to access and manage the relevant profiles quickly. Edit Responsible Person for a Group

Simplifying the management of group responsibilities, you can now edit an existing Group Responsibility instead of removing and adding a new one.

  • Editable Group Responsibility You can now edit an existing Group Responsibility, streamlining the process of managing responsible individuals for groups.
  • Easy Navigation: To edit a Group Responsibility, navigate to Components > TNA > Responsible People.
  • Simple Editing Process: Click ‘Edit’ against an existing Responsibility, then change the ‘Account ID’ before clicking ‘Save’ to update the responsible person.
  • Change Warning: A warning will be displayed before any changes are committed, ensuring that modifications are deliberate and confirmed.

  • Toggle Availability: Individual Skill Definitions can now be enabled or disabled for the Course Catalogue, providing greater control over which courses are visible and accessible.
  • Easy Editing: To edit a Skill Definition, navigate to Components > TNA > Skills.
  • Simple Toggle Setting: Use the ‘Enable for Course Catalogue’ checkbox to easily enable or disable the availability of the Skill in the Course Catalogue.
