Ability to Archive Training & Skills

Managing your Training and Skill Library just got easier with our latest feature which allows you to archive outdated or unused records. This new capability helps you keep your database current and organised.

Key Features:
  • Archive Functionality: Training and Skill Library records can now be flagged as ‘Archived,’ providing you with a straightforward way to manage your records.
  • Easy Archiving: Records can be archived using the new ‘Archive’ button on the ‘List Skills’ and ‘Trainings’ screens, making the process quick and simple.
  • Filtered Views: Archived records will be hidden from search screens unless the ‘Archived’ filter is enabled, ensuring that only active records are displayed by default.

Important Note:

When archiving a Skill Library record, you will be prompted to decide whether to archive all associated Training records as well or just the Skill Library record. This gives you flexibility in managing related records.

Archiving outdated or irrelevant Training and Skill records is essential for maintaining a streamlined and efficient database. By removing clutter, you can focus on current and necessary information, making it easier to manage and retrieve important records. Worker Home Screen ‘My Training’

Enhancing the user experience for Workers, we have updated the home screen to provide immediate access to their training information.

Key Features:
  • Updated Home Screen: The home screen for Worker logins has been revamped for better accessibility and usability.
  • ‘My Training’ Screen: Upon login, Workers will now see the ‘My Training’ screen, offering a personalized view of their training records.
  • Instant Access: This update allows Workers to instantly view their Attained records and access the Course Catalogue, streamlining the process of tracking and enrolling in training.

Providing Workers with immediate access to their training information is crucial for fostering accountability and continuous development. The updated ‘My Training’ home screen ensures that Workers can easily monitor their progress and identify any training gaps, promoting a proactive approach to skill enhancement. Comments Field on Training View

To enhance record-keeping and communication, we have added a new Comments field to the Training View screen.

  • Accessible Comments: On the ‘Employee Trainings’ screen, when viewing a record via the ‘View’ button, you can now access the Comments field.
  • Detailed Records: The View screen now includes the Training Comments field, allowing for additional notes and details to be recorded for each training session.

Adding a Comments field to the Training View screen is essential for capturing additional context and insights related to training sessions. This feature allows managers and administrators to include important notes, feedback, and observations, ensuring a comprehensive record of each worker’s training history. By maintaining detailed and informative records, you can better track progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide more tailored support to your workforce, ultimately enhancing training effectiveness and worker performance.



Skills Library Enhancements

We’ve made significant updates to the Skills Library to improve the user experience and streamline the management of skills data.

Key Features:
  • Updated Skills Screen: Changes have been made to the Components > TNA > Skills screen for a cleaner and more efficient interface.
  • Hidden Columns: The ‘Expiry Date’, ‘Type’, and ‘Sensitivity’ columns have been hidden to declutter the view and focus on the most relevant information.
  • New Column Added: The ‘Review Period’ column has been added, providing a clearer indication of when each skill needs to be reviewed.

Enhancements to the Skills Library are crucial for maintaining a clear and organised database. By hiding less frequently used columns and adding the ‘Review Period’ column, we ensure that the most pertinent information is easily accessible. This helps administrators quickly identify which skills need attention, promoting timely reviews and updates. Employer Admin Can Select Employer When Sending Invite

We’ve introduced a new feature to enhance the efficiency of the invitation process for new accounts.

  • Defined Employer Selection: When an Employer Admin is inviting someone to register a new account, they can now specify the ‘Employer’ before sending the invite.
